Pros

Intelligent and hardworking coworkers, plenty of work to do, lots of potential for impact. Above average pay and a great boost to your resume

Cons

The work expectations will wreck your physical and mental health and likely cripple your social life. Culture is cutthroat and prevents building connections with coworkers beyond the bare minimum. Delivery expectations rival that of a startup's, but big-tech bureaucracy and politics prevent realization of those goals. You'll always be behind schedule with an already massive backlog. The stress and expectation of overtime mean you will probably be thinking about work even in the few hours you have off.
