Pros

In the essence the company has good structure and values, if you are lucky to fall on a good team working on a good project you will learn a lot and use a lot of AWS and new technologies.

Cons

But if you fall under a bad manager as i did, they will just target you for the next layoff cycle. And not support you enough. Nobody actually cares about what you think. And it sometimes feels like jungle, the strong eats the weak.

Pros

* Global and culturally diverse teams create rich learning opportunities. * Most colleagues are helpful if you take the initiative to ask. * Exposure to various business backgrounds and perspectives. * Lots of data and processes to explore for the curious mind.

Cons

* Requires self-direction—don’t expect hand-holding. * Can be overwhelming to navigate complex systems and information. * Busy environment means support isn’t always immediate.
