Good job, on-call gets very old very quick

- interesting work - deal with scales you can't get in many other places - can feel like you're contributing to customer experience and the bottom line

Cons

- on-call - crappy offices - crappy computers - career growth is nill for those who don't kiss ass - on-call

Very adhoc and and top down strategy Largely driven by CEO and other are just order takers Growth with-in is very hard
