Pros

decent pay. good training. fun people to work with. good benifits and stock options after full time.

Cons

schedules are not that great. you get schedules by bidding for them - if you dont have great scores you get bad hours. cant take time off if you dont have any banked. it is a call center - its not for everyone.

Cons

Nothing special or point-able to say, need to share about your future plans to the employees, new plans has to be discussed with all the employees...

Pros

Competitive pay and benefits package with RSU's. Some jobs can be very interesting but most are just repetitive. They are focused on change and look for ways to improve thier operations.

Cons

Most jobs are extremely repetitive and the culture is too focused on change. Communication is terrible and changes can occur weeks ago before you are notified. Usually by being asked why you are not in compliance.
