Pros

Growing company that provides jobs to the community. Some managers try hard to make it a good place for their employees. Average health benifits and 10% discount on Amazon products.

Cons

Company prays on the poor economy to pay low wages and manipulate employees. Hires hunderds to fill dozens of jobs. Does not value employees but treats them as interchangeable parts. No promotion from within. Expects management to work 60 + hours per week.

Pros

so far the pay and oppurtunity to grow seems appealing. i haven't gotten my feet wet to offer a positive opinion.

Cons

from viewing some of the commets thus far i think my biggest fear is that there is no work/life consideration. i have children and am a single mom. making money and being there for them go hand in hand.
