Pros

Steep learning curve, great can-do culture. The onboarding process is structured and develops with each new team member. Clearly structured individual development program.

Cons

Always stretch goals. Can result in a smaller incentive payment as goals always stretch. Proclaims the value of longterm view, while values short term results. You feel the pressure growing throughout the year. High stress Level

Pros

Very nice place and international people to work with. I traveled and meet with nice colleagues in different clusters. they are providing fruits and an all-hands party every quarter.

Cons

The working area is so bad they try to improve it but still, it's always dirty. when we have a visit from USA they try to make everything look perfect and they buy everything missing in the kitchen. Always providing to managers iPhones, Mac notebooks, Electric desks and for regular people the cheapest thing in the market. there is a huge gap between the managers and their teams.
