Teams are innovative, customer is the at the center of all the conversations from engineers to leaders. Focus from all the team members is to deliver best to the customers through out the lifecycle. No pressure or compulsion on working from office.

Cons

Last few month due to attrition, there are some churns with teams.

Pros

They live by their tenets, customer obsession is not a vain word. Engineers are really smart and proactive. 100% remote working works well for me, teams were supportive and involving. Compensation & benefits are good, up to the major tech companies standards. You get real freedom of speech if you can back your opinions with data. Feedback from management is direct and honest.

Cons

Everything is either half-finished or on its way to deprecation, so you need to accept organized chaos. It can be overwhelming to find information at first, especially when working remotely. You need to be autonomous, they expect you to be your own manager. If you need constant directions and feedback from management, better find another company.
