Pros

You work with really smart and hard working people. There are so many projects going on all the time that it's never boring. There's always something to improve or learn more about.

Cons

Increasingly difficult to get promoted and raises stagnated meaning no one wanted to take ownership because that just meant more work/stress for the same pay. A ton of projects get finished and then never get used or weren't actually useful in the end. Obviously layoffs means most people are stressed out.
