The overall recruiting process very good and recruiter provided enough time and guidance to schedule an interview, responding to queries and clear roles and responsibilities. First 3 months program will help to ramp-up in the projects and Amazon cultures.

Cons

Difficult to hold off the team members for queries and clarifications due to their busy schedules so often I felt that I was left alone.
