Pros

To work with very skilled tech people Good for the career

Cons

-Amazon has a mechanism called PIP or pivot or "improve plan" where they put you for a couple of months in order to prove yourself. Yearly at least 10-15% of the individual contributors in each team must be pushed in this program. It consists on offering an exit bonus or to follow the "improve plan" that is close to impossible. If you don't reach all 100% of the target you will be fired. Even in EU countries that they cannot fire you, they will mob you or stress till you will resign. -Working in the Sales team, quite everybody tried to think on how to do more in order to get the promotion. There is not "one team", just fake smiles and "your problem it's not my business"
