Pros

The team is big, you can take on some interesting projects in many business areas of Amazon.

Cons

The KPIs are challenging to achieve and are more dependent on customer behavior than your actual performance, which can feel demotivating. The role involves a significant amount of operational and compliance work, with limited focus on strategic responsibilities. There is no established minimum level of service, so you are expected to constantly adjust your approach based on individual customer needs. The work environment comes with immense pressure to overperform, yet recognition or appreciation from management is noticeably absent. As a result, turnover is high, with most employees leaving after just one year due to the demanding nature of the role and its lack of appeal. RTO 5 days a week with managers micromanaging their directs.
