Pros

- Flexible working hours - Homeoffice - Career chances if you play by rules

Cons

- Career chances if you have principles and not ready to give them up - Very strict hierarchy and army-like reporting - Levels matter: higher level you are, more chances that even HR takes your side w/o any evidences - Backstabbing culture with even LPs being all about everything, but teamwork and mutual respect - Writing documents for everything possible - Very limited opportunity to make a change or really being heard

Pros

Incredible scale, awesome individual contributors, an experience anyone in tech should have

Cons

The culture could use some improvements. The company is also experience an increasing difficulty in hiring tech talent due to its poor reputation. Most of all, there are too many rotten apples in the middle management layer.

Pros

It’s nice to have on your curriculum and you can learn a lot about experiments to make customers happy. People are friendly and supportive of each other but always tired from unstoppable meetings.

Cons

You need to write a document for every idea you may have or project you work for. If you have a young manager, she/he will correct your docs many times until you can submit it to the management, behaving like a school teacher instead of a team player. Everything is manual and you need to learn many tools to do things by yourself, spending hours on these instead of innovate. Lot of internal reporting and bureaucracy, with everyone working longer than 10/12 hours per day and exhausted.
