Pros

- a big name in your CV

Cons

- toxic environment - toxic managers that shout at you in front of others, and say good things in 1-1. Managers blame their workers for their own mistakes. - they didn't pay all money they were obliged by contract, so I have to sue them with a lawyer now. And this is a normal thing for them as I heard the same from other workers. - no work life balance. You will have to do 996 with no real growth in the workplace. - the worst code quality I've ever seen. No one has time to implement things properly. So you will have to modify and maintain a really bad code. More than that, they will defend the code as much as possible when you suggest improvements. - manager is sending internal amazon documents after I left Amazon
