Pros

Can’t recommend any pros. Culture has become unbearably toxic. Too much infighting among orgs for ownership. Employees are treated like pawns in a ruthless game of sycophantic chess. AI is being forced into teams without any real impact.

Cons

Same as above. Nothing positive to say. Thankfully I quit.

Pros

Fast-paced environment with strong learning opportunities. You develop problem-solving skills, multitasking abilities, ownership, and the ability to perform under pressure. The exposure to large-scale operations and customer obsession principles helps build operational discipline. Colleagues at the ground level are often supportive, and top performers receive recognition for delivering results.

Cons

Career growth can be extremely challenging despite consistent performance and recognition. Many associates feel that promotions depend heavily on visibility, timing, and internal politics rather than merit alone. Leaders sometimes make commitments regarding development opportunities and advancement, but those expectations are not always fulfilled. The workload can be demanding, work-life balance is difficult during peak periods, and compensation may not always reflect the level of responsibility and effort required.
