Pros

Mentorship programs were adequate, 10% discount on Amazon.com, international team and great work experience in growing/new data center cluster locations.

Cons

Poor people management, poor work life balance, and poor salary based on the true work required. All of these things left a number of my team including myself to leave the company within the first two years of employment.

Cons

- often dull and counter productive assignments - team delegation instead of team leadership - 'big brother' team culture & micro management
