      Pros

      Things move really fast in Amazon, and if for any process or task they find a chance of improvement/automation, that will be done within days. Learning and employee growth is encouraged. Amazon has 14 leadership principles, and people here live these principles in their every task they do. Management is also very supportive.

      Fast paced learning and activities. Rate of change is huge which creates lots of opportunities to find the job that best suits you.

      Cons

      Not always able to tell if you are going in the right career direction as many times you can find yourself lost in a sea of information.
