Pros

Lots of Network Automation It's easy to work on projects to level up your skillsets One of the greatest jobs I've ever had in my life.

Cons

Only people assigned to certain projects have a promotion path. Much easier to leave and come back to get promoted. There are several high ranking brilliant jerks, gaining their favor really matters and it shouldn't
