Pros

- Super aggressive and is relentless as a whole - High on learning and experimentation and people are in general not afraid to fail - Flat hierarchy and that means each voice and opinion is heard - Leadership by design is tuned to accept more ideas and challenge themselves - US teams are extremely high on thinking big than being very tactical - Professional people and people are really looking forward to working and getting more things done - People drink Leadership principles here - every employee's household people would be talking that language by now - Outcome and performance focused org and its not on hierarchy or tenure.

Cons

- Change is constant but sometime too much change is not always great - In pockets you will find too much aggression to the point things can become disjoint in operations - There is always work and I have hardly met people who have not compromised their weekends
