Pros

1} The pay to work load ratio is great, Most warehouse's start off at 18 dollars an hour 2} The opportunity to advance in pay is also great as you get frequent pay raises at what seems to be in six month intervals 3} The flexibility of shift change, Time off ( PTO, VTO, PTO, UPTO ) is great as well, for all sorts of reasons 4} The Breaks throughout the 10 hr. work day help to break up the day 5} If your an expecting couple, or if you are wanting to have a child, if oy work at an Amazon warehouse, maternity and paternity leave, I believe to be 3 to 6 months with pay

Cons

1} Long hours 2} you must be mentality strong ( long hours with lots of quiet)
