HR: Horrible Results

Pros

They’ll pay for you to go to school and the benefits are okay.

Cons

Everything, but more so the HR did not help in any way whatsoever. Was supposed to get a sign on bonus, was turned away at First day and when I got in my Sr. Ops Manager promised he would get it for me because I was turned away by the company. Ended up being told I’m “ineligible” with no explanation. My father was knocking on death’s door twice and I couldn’t see him either time due to no documentation. I don’t think it’s appropriate to ask a surgeon conducting a life saving surgery for a doctors note while maybe having your last words with your father pre-operation. They lie, they run you around a loop, then they tell you they just can’t help you at the end. There aren’t humans here in management or HR, just AI people only looking out for Amazons bottom line.
