Pros

Opportunities for growth, stocks(sorry, no more stocks for new hires), benefits.

Cons

Culture can be better. If you’re liked, you’re “in there”. If you’re hated, you’re better off quitting before they find a reason to fire you.

Pros

Great pay, good exercise, climate controlled facility, great medical benefits from day 1, I excell when I do not have any time to stand around doing nothing- even the peak season 12+ hour shifts went by very quickly for me, though i was exhausted at the end of each shift, I felt like my efforts were noticed, praised, and rewarded.

Cons

The breaks that you do not clock out for can be severely shortened depending on which part of a facility you are working in, when I was stowing on the far end- that was 250 yards or more away from the only exit I was allowed to to leave thru, makes getting a snack and having a smoke in the winter time- nearly impossible.

Pros

Pretty set schedule sun-wed Thursday being overtime day

Cons

Pay increases don't exist after 2 years and it's very easy to get a write up and after 3 your fired
