Do NOT get hurt

Pros

Day one benefits, competitive pay.

Cons

Everything else, literally. So here's what happened. I made the mistake of getting hurt and reporting it. I was accused of faking it by a member of Amcare while he tried to trick me into admitting I was faking. The knot in my spine says otherwise. After a month of physical therapy with NO progress on me healing instead of sending me to a specialist the doctor decides that I wasn't hurt at work that It was a pre-existing condition and I was sent back with no restrictions. ALSO, while I was going back and forth to the doctor I was under restrictions, one of which was no over time. I was hit repeatedly with "job abandonment" notices for not showing up on my over time day. I was dinged repeatedly, I'm literally negative 14 hours in UPT for leaving early and not working my extra hour of overtime each day and nobody seems willing to fix it. I thought I was having a heart attack 2 weeks go and went to the emergency room. I emailed HR the moment I got home and explained to them what was happening. 4 hours later I got ANOTHER notice for job abandonment, I both called and emailed again and actually got an email reply back first stating to bring in proof of my E-room visit to HR. So I did, but on site HR didn't want it, they said take it to Amcare, Amcare said take it to HR,,, you see the problem with that? I walked out tonight, I can't do the job and they won't cooperate with me. Either by bad communication, no communication, or just don't care. I'm NOT going to cripple myself for this company.
