      Broken unregretted attrition process, which pushes a fixed percentage of employees to leave the company through aggressive and unempathetic “development plans”, which creates anxiety in employees.

      The diversity is very wide and the quality of the people who work at Amazon is tremendously high. Failure is embrased and part of the learning culture. You can only improve in this amazing environment.

      Cons

      The pace of change and adaptation within the company is extremely high. If you're not a person who can multi task and adjust quickly you may feel overwhelmed.
