Great team of people. Passionate. Dedicated. Knowledgeable.

Cons

Working 12h a day is the typical due to volume of work and number of people being incorrectly planned. Mistakes are common due to lack of automation of manual work. Managers usually are assigned portfolio work to ease the load of the team, which leads to limited time for proper management and limited ability to focus on modernization and change management. There are good ideas but extremely limited capabilities to deliver on plan as the working hours are excessively long. Payment does not align with dedication.
