Pros

Working for more than a year at Bangalore Office, Here is my Genuine inputs. PROS: 1. Lot of Celebrations & No dress code. 2. Fairly friendly colleagues & Lot of fun on floor. 3. Travel Domain (Airlines mainly - Don't expect Onsite) 4. We started using Outlook :)

Cons

CONS: 1. Extreme Favoritism : While favoritism is common in most companies, in my 4+ years of work experience, only here have I seen where your success and chances of getting ahead are directly dependent on how much your manager likes you. Hard Working Souls, Do not expect any hike from the management. The people who are close to the managers will have a great hike also with a great designation. Need Hike - Be Close to Managers, You will get it :) 2. Onsite: If you have luck and good relation with management then you will get Onsite opportunities. 3. Low compensation: The compensation is really low and well below market standards. The hikes are also pathetic. (Old employees getting more benefits is what I've felt) 4. No effort to maintain staff : There is no effort from the management staff to retain people. People are leaving in large numbers and there is no effort being made to retain them. As a result a lot of good people have left in the last Couple of months. 5. Policies : The company has no defined policies and the lack of defined policies and processes results in a lot of chaos making it very hard for people to work. 6. Process: There should be a separate Testing Process. 7. IJP: People should be given an opportunities to switch internally. 8. Communication: Kindly educate Managers about the importance of Communication, Manager should call for regular discussions. 9. Learning: No good Learning Curve. 10. Gym: No In-house Gym (We know the space crunch, but its good to have our own gym) 11. WFH: No WFH option. 12. Mission Vision: No proper Mission Vision, 13. Career: Not a place to work for long term. (I've heard this statement from many on the floor) 14. Work Environment: Influence based environment 15. Attrition: It claims to have lowest attrition in industry, but we all Doubt it.

Pros

* Decent pay * Free Food

Cons

Advise to everyone, Never join any company by looking at the Pay & Facilities they offers... look at your long terms goals in-terms of Technology/Skills you are going to learn, Company where you can explore different opportunities, Your Ideas are Considered, Your work and your opinion matters. Cons: * Linear growth model. * Worst HR Policies i have ever seen in my entire career. * Lot of Politics. Onsite Opportunities are given based on favoritism and not on work. * No Work-Life balance

Pros

1. Free food - that's all I can say.

Cons

1. Six/seven disgusting people are designated as directors (big joke!) - They run the company in India like a family business. Capability wise, they can maximum get a manager position in big MNCs and just imagine the ridicule here they are directors!! Very cheap "baniya" mentality! 2. All OLD technologies - nothing new or challenging to work on. Moving out from here is a problem as you lose the technology touch! 3. A fake "innovation innovation" culture is prevailed - nothing happens, actually. You just need to utter the word “innovation” and “ xyz-thon” few times a day – this will make sure that you are your manager's/senior manager's favorite person 4. HR is probably the second worst part of the company, after the directors and senior managers. HRs need to learn about “corporate attire” first – often, they forget the difference between a casual wear and a party wear. And most of them "somehow" managed to join here - and the company is their family! They will never leave - can't leave also :) Also, why would they? “All play and no work..” gives them award too – again a joke! 5. Employee voices are never heard – for namesake some 1-to-1 happens in presence of HR. 6. Extremely high attrition rate, >30%. Please do trust this or ask a friend who is working here. This figure tells you the story in Bangalore Amadeus!! 7. Freshers – please go away!!!!! go away!! Don't ruin your career here. 8. Experienced guys, have back up offers with joining date later
