      Pros

      Flexible work environment, perfect for people with no ambition, non performing employees have no fear of losing their jobs as HR is useless.

      Cons

      Poor pay, poor yearly increment, non existent career progression, most line / dept managers are useless.

      Pros

      Interesting and challenging projects, great colleagues and managers. Good possibilities for career evolution.

      Cons

      Often too much stress, too few resources available to fulfill projects in good conditions. We can dedicate little time to development quality and thus have to face unhappy clients. The main reason for these difficulties - and that's what makes them hardly acceptable as an employee - is that the company is led by financiers, who permanently strive to keep the margins at very high levels. That's a shame. That's why the company failed to obtain the label "Great place to work" as the employees were surveyed in 2015.
