      Nice place to work as a fresher. Good place to learn new stuff. Good training opportunities. On site opportunities. Free lunch. Most people are friendly and supportive.

      Cons

      Bad growth to mid level employees. Work becomes monotonous after few years as there is not much flexibility to move around even though it exists on paper.

      The company offers great benefits, and employees have been there for many years, there is a sense of being part of a family.

      Cons

      It is difficult to grow. People are stuck in their ways and it takes a long time to make decisions or changes to processes. Your skills are not always used, and technology is behind. We were still using Windows XP when I left in 2013.
