      Start up environment and I'm loving it !

      Pros

      Its been few weeks for me here at the Boston office and I am loving it. The environment is very energetic and gives a feeling of working in a start up as one can see teams involved in engaged discussion all over the office. This is a great company as far as I know from my industry knowledge. I hope to do my best and be part of this amazing experience.

      Pros

      Nothing much, You might get good package when joining if You negotiate, else You will never get anything. so, if you get an offer, try to get max! once u get in, there is nothing much for you.

      Cons

      LOT of them, firstly, HR team is the worst team across the floor, they will never respond for any of your quires, hardly one or two good people in HR team. Lot of politics in higher management. Everything is internal tools, very tough to keep yourself updated with outside world technologies. Only ONAM is celebrated in this office, no other festival or event! Lot of False promises from Management. Spends lot of money where it is not required, but no budget to give Annual Gifts for Employee's.
