      Product knowledge Decent yearly salary hike and bonus HR policies are good. Work life balance.

      Old technology and tools Zero Career growth No job satisfaction Micromanagement Lack of motivation Worst HR Team Worst management team Zero job security Simple but repetitive work Unstructured team. Objective remains more or less same from levels L1-L3. Managers does not deserve lead position itself.. No respect for employees
