      Pros

      The company is going strong. There are competitors but they are not threatening the position of Amadeus as a leader of the market at least outside the US.

      Cons

      They fool you with lies of internal mobility, career expert path and so forth. The HR is useless in managing the personnel. If you are in your management's grace you are fine but in the case of a reorganisation, a change of business or a swap in management you are on your own. The managers are not people managers they are technicians who have been promoted.

      Amadeus promote good values. Multicultural environment and team members who are passionate about their jobs. Friendly, supportive and efficient co-workers worlwide. Opportunity to do best, learn and to be creative. Offer an array of benefits (insurance, gym, vouchers, onsite massage, teleworking, training, ...).

      Cons

      Not much cons at all. The pros are so much more.
