      Pros

      I worked as a consultant. This is a good company to get a good profile for your future career. There are some CE where consultant can participate, an online and physical library with the best book in computer science. Amadeus restaurant can be near your office and as a consultant we can pay 7-10 euro for a 12-16 euro lunch in normal restaurant. Free and paid training are available.

      Cons

      Actually it depends on the department. However I worked on department where many people unhappy because of lack of appreciation from the management. Too much fresh graduate take the job as a school assignment which has to be done by themself and hesitate to ask people. There is no open communication and intriguing question because people are afraid to be judged.
