      Good for Senior Employees but not meant for juniors or mid-level if you want to learn

      * You can even get a chance to independently handle an application. * Free Food * Place where you can make friends. * On-site if you are lucky or in a good department

      Cons

      * No good seniors - Very less technical and design knowledge. * No Code Review most of the times. * Very poor management skills * You can only succeed if you are ready to follow the leaders blindly and say yes to whatever they say/want

      Pros

      Depending on the team you are working with but in the complex you find a healthy and challenging environment where to work.

      Cons

      Many differences amongst departments may cause a lil bit of disorientation after relocation ... In any case nothing to worry about that much....
