      -Great compensation. -Rigorous hiring standards incl. IQ testing. -Variety of interesting, challenging clients.

      Cons

      -Consultants do more work, with leaner staffing, in shorter time frames, than at other firms. -The firm claims it hires industry-proven talent, which is true, but the vast majority of Partner/MDs are career consultants who at times lack common sense. -The firm is known for helping clients cut costs, not growing revenue.
