Pros

Good career opportunities, constantly learning from the experts you work with

Cons

Leave policies in London aren’t competitive. ‘Break for you’ = code for unpaid leave. Sabbatical only available to Directors. Paternity leave a long way behind the competition at only 2 weeks (other uk companies offering 6 months on full pay!). Work to be done here

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Parental leave policies vary by country. In the UK, in addition to 2 weeks paternity leave, eligible employees are entitled to up 50 weeks shared parental leave, paid at full pay for the first 20 weeks. We aim to offer leave options that are both competitive and relevant and to our People, and I would encourage you to reach out to me in confidence for a more insightful discussion. – Angela Newman, Global Co-Head of People Operations
