Cons

Bring up the technology up to industry standards. Some employees comes and leaves too quickly. Tight ship to survive, if you are a dreamer

Cons

- Pay/Benefits below market. - No active career coaching. HR talks a lot about the "AlixPartners way", but little actual impact. - Managing Partners are not held responsible for their team performance and future growth. Hence they do not take an active interest in their staff. - Focus on utilization means real work overload for some staff, whilst others seem to do no work and get away with it. - Feels like rowing in a Single Scull rather in in a Coxed Eight
