Pros

They take their time to hire the best people possible, long assessments and interviews before you can get hired. The work is dynamic and fast paced, good pay, bonuses and events. The company is always trying to find better ways to operate, do better marketing and increase diversity in the work space.

Cons

Most consultants struggle with work life balance, the company itself has a diversity issue that they are trying to tackle.
