      Pros

      Very strong firm culture built on inclusiveness, transparency and a self-starting mentality. The firm incentivizes teamwork and winning together and there is ample support from managers and peers alike. Additionally, the incredible growth in recent years is leading to expanded opportunities on a number of fronts. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a fast-paced, thought-provoking environment.
