With the high-impact work, exposure to senior leaders, and working with super smart hard driving people, I have grown more professionally and personally at AlixPartners than at any other place. Supported in finding our own career path. Great culture.

Cons

Learning how to navigate the work and opportunities to get the most out of them takes some time (but I do like that it's in my hands and can make it a skill on how to get involved in and contribute to what matters to me).
