High-profile work on critical issues. Great teams to work with. Amazing benefits. Always challenging and interesting. Fast learning because you work with senior teams (avg 14+ yrs of experience).

Cons

Firm is growing fast and they are investing heavily in supporting your career with courses and training, but still work to be done.

Pros

Our projects are varied and engaging and give you the opportunity to work across different industries, countries and teams. I'm always learning something new, even if I've been on the job for a few years already. Our people are respectful, interesting and clever and make even the most challenging projects, fun.

Cons

We work long hours, like most consulting firms, but very rarely on weekends. Occasionally there could be a fair amount of travelling around, depending on project.
