      Pros

      AlixPartners is a great community to work in. You are surrounded by like-minded, critical thinkers who are also very personable and supportive. It is a high-achieving environment minus intra-firm competition. Incredible work life balance as well.

      Cons

      AlixPartners definitely needs to work on its brand visibility and recruiting efforts.

      Cons

      Work-life balance is an issue, but the flexible model post-COVID has made it more manageable. I don't believe it's any worse than other consulting firms.
