Great team spirit, lots of collaboration. Competitive salary and usually excellent end-of-year bonus.

Cons

At the time I worked in the Buenos Aires office, projects were a bit boring sometimes. I had the impression that our office dealt with those less "glamorous" parts of projects. However, this might have changed since I worked there.
