Pros

Work is impactful and you have access to the C-Suite. There is a step learning curve which will accelerate your development.

Cons

Without COVID, the expectation is Monday-Thursday travel. Also, some consultants that deep so deeply into a given workstream have a habit of getting lost in the weeds.

Pros

Notable projects with good work experience. Alix teaches you how to work hard, be professional, and manage heavy workloads

Cons

Bad work-life balance. No staffing leverage, so 30+ year old SVPs and Directors will be doing mundane analyst level work until 2am for weeks on end.
