Enriching learnings

Pros

Enriching learnings with trainings and other platforms they have. Salary is considered competitive. There is a chance of having good folks within the team. Technology is getting better.

Cons

The following is based solely on my personal experience: - Prepare yourself for a long working hours as well as weekends and out of business hours. - The work environment within the consulting - m&a team was challenging, marked by interpersonal dynamics that felt more individualistic than collaborative. I often encountered what I perceived as office politics, with behind-the-scenes discussions seeming to play a essentials role. - From my viewpoint, turnover appeared to be unusually high, with many employees leaving or being let go unexpectedly. This observation is also reflected in other reviews on this platform. One of the biggest difficulties I experienced was aligning on strategy direction. There seemed to be numerous decision-makers but a lack of clear leadership to unify the team’s efforts. This review reflects my personal experience and is not intended as an account of the Alixpartners’s work environment.
