      Good firm, still working through employee development

      Pros

      None of the BS that comes with working at a larger firm. Plenty of time to actually focus on client work and get to solve problems. Very hands on firm. Company is flexible with you if you want to change your comp and have demonstrated quality work products.

      Cons

      Hard to develop upwards in some ways. Most of the managing directors were purchased with their book of business, firm hasn't really figured out how to consistently grow organically across all services lines.

      Amazing people, not just smart but dedicated and team oriented . Everyone here is an asset, including PAs and support teams

      Cons

      Lots of work, but you need to be seeking that to be here. This is largely due to small teams

      Smart, interesting and collaborative people who help clients in urgent and complex situations, better than most at staffing projects with best people from across the globe

      Cons

      Still working on improving work life balance and diversity issues. New performance appraisal and development initiative is still being rolled out but should be effective
