Flat structure so great exposure to interesting work and for working with some of the best operators in the industry. Sociable and caring atmosphere, where you want to spend time with your colleagues. Investing heavily in infrastructure and growth, so an exciting time to be in the Firm. Great leadership team.

Cons

Under recognized brand. On occasion long hours, but no different to any other consulting Firm. Good culture of not working the weekends

Pros

The firm takes care of its employees. The healthcare benefits were fantastic and salaries were competitive - and the firm-wide anniversary celebrations are great. The people are very driven and are very smart.

Cons

There is limited upward mobility, and depending on your job, you may feel less valued than others. The consultants create revenue and truly drive the direction of the firm. The 'back office' or 'admin' roles (HR, Accounting, Audit, Billing) do not, and this can create some tension between the two at times.
