      Pros

      Aviation is evergreen a sector with great job security. Airbus has a great company culture with a lot of scope for cross-collaboration and exploring new opportunities to grow out of your domain.

      Cons

      Poor pay, too many meetings (in case you want to actually build something), lack of managers who understand software and software delivery.
