      Pros

      My supervisor was very friendly and my other teammates really tried to make me feel a part of the team. I highly appreciate their efforts. There are periodic office outings and the work environment is very relaxed. There even was a radio playing music in the background.

      Cons

      Since Airbus is an aeroplane manufacturing company, new employees are assumed to have a certain amount of knowledge about aeroplanes. This was not the case for me unfortunately and I suffered a bit for it. I sometimes felt outside my work team I was not very welcome.

      Great products and an interesting industry Good work/life balance Learning and development opportunities when you're in the right team

      Cons

      A lot of politics. Wasted resources and wasted talents. Very slow and old fashioned. Lack of vision and strategy. Lack of work ethics and very few people think about the interest of the company. Corruption on all levels A lot of incompetent employees in severaldepartments
