Good work-life balance. Good salary. Respectful environment. Long-term company stability. Interesting products (aircraft, satellites, services, helicopters...). Wide range of functions, easy to move horizontally within the company.

Cons

Lack of flexibility for working from home. IT systems not . Excessive bureaucracy and slow decision-making processes.
