Many opportunities to work on cutting edge technologies developing next generation equipment. Decent company benefits and generous holiday allowance with option to purchase additional days. Great work colleagues.

Cons

Teams are split according to project rather than function which can make coordinating work with colleagues a challenge. Annual pay rises fall below what the company is capable of awarding it's employees.
