If you are bright, there is no chance for you there. They only allow mediocrity. They stick to it! Tempts and even worst : being a women there. Women are clnstantly discriminated. This was my experience. You need to stick to the rules but the rules only apply if you are a women temporal employee not the small Boss. The boss a huge lack of leadership! Can't believe how a company that invest so much in people developpment can have those kind of discrimatory horrible useless small bosses....commuting is a hell.
